* Dutch Hoffman Lifeguard Championships - POSTPONED due to weather forecast
Annual lifeguard competition featuring 15 South Jersey beach patrols, sponsored by the Wildwood Beach Patrol. The event, which honors the memory of Captain Frank "Dutch" Hoffman, will take place at Lincoln Avenue Beach beginning at 6:30 p.m. For more info, call 609-522-8258 or visit www.WildwoodNJ.org.
* Friday Night Fireworks on the Beach - POSTPONED due to weather forecast
The weekly fireworks extravaganza launches from the beach at Pine Avenue at 10 p.m. The show is visible from almost anywhere on the Boardwalk, and many places around the island. Rain date is Sunday night at 10 p.m. For more information, call 609-523-1602 or visit www.DOOWW.com.
Wildwood Talent Showcase
Dancers perform nightly (weeknights) on the Schellenger Beach Stage, Schellenger Avenue & Boardwalk at 7 p.m. FREE event. For more information, call 413-454-4523.
Yoga on the Beach
