Wildwoods win NJ.com's "Favorite Boardwalk" vote

The Wildwoods have successfully defended its title as the state's "Favorite Boardwalk" in NJ.com's annual "Best of the Shore" poll.

This year's vote was close, however, with a very strong push coming from Keansburg (Monmouth County), whose boardwalk was devastated by Superstorm Sandy.

In the end, Wildwood edged out Keansburg, 31.1 percent to 28.3 percent.

The only other Cape May County boardwalk to make the top five was Ocean City, which came in fourth at 13.86.
