Dom Irrera & Friends Comedy Beach Bash coming to the Wildwoods Convention Center on August 17th

The Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority (GWTIDA) proudly presents the Dom Irrera & Friends Comedy Beach Bash starring one of the great all-time kings of comedy –  Dom Irrera – for one hilarious show on Saturday, August 17 in the Starlight Ballroom at the Wildwoods Convention Center.
 
Dom Irrera, a six-time American Comedy Award nominee, has performed on two CableACE award-winning HBO specials as well as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The View; and has made several appearances on Oprah, as well as numerous guest star appearances on comedy sitcoms and several roles in film.
 
Recent credits include the Joy Behar Show on HLN, hosting Half Time on the NFL network and starring in his own series for Direct TV, The Supreme Court of Comedy, now in its third season.
 
This show is for mature audiences only and must be at least 18 to attend. Doors open at 8 p.m.; show begins at 9 p.m.Tickets are $28 for reserved seating and $38 for VIP seating, which includes a meet and greet with the funny man himself.

The Tourism Authority operates the Wildwoods Convention Center and acts as the island’s destination marketing organization overseeing the development, research, planning, marketing, advertising, promotion, public and media relations encompassing the tourism, meeting and convention industry in the Wildwoods. Additionally, the Authority funds, assists with and hosts more than 180 annual special events to enhance the visitor experience and extend the tourism season, including the Beach Monster Mash Truck Races, Family Nights On The Boardwalk, Friday Night Fireworks, the New Jersey State Barbeque Championships and Anglesea Blues Festival, Classic Car Shows, the International Kite Festival, Irish and Italian Festivals and the National Marbles Tournament, among others.
