Christmas in July: Santa on the beach, boat parade, and craft show

It's officially "Christmas in July," as Santa has arrived on the beach in North Wildwood!

Keep an eye out for the big man as he and his team of elves make their way south, giving out candy canes, playing music, and posing for pictures along the way.

(Special thanks to Kathy Resnick for the great pic!)

The merriment continue tonight at the always spectacular Christmas in July Boat Parade.

The festive flotilla begins at 7:30 p.m. at Shawcrest Marina with the lead boat Bitten VI, then proceeds to West Wildwood, Ottens Harbor, then Sunset Lake, and ends at Lighthouse Pointe.

The parade can be seen anywhere along the route. A post-party will be held at Lighthouse Pointe featuring live entertainment with Mr. Moose. Prizes will be awarded for the two best decorated boats.

Also, today and tomorrow, the Wildwoods Convention Center is hosting the Handcraft Unlimited Christmas in July Craft Show.

Admission is $3 (free re-admission) and free for children under 12.

Merry Christmas in July, everyone!

We'd love to see how you're celebrating. Share your photos with us on our Facebook page or via e-mail at wildwood365@gmail.com.
