It's difficult to imagine just how much work goes into preparing a motel for the tourist season. In many respects, this is the busiest time of the year, with managers and staff working long hours to ensure that every detail is in place for the summer months ahead.This offseason, we've been closely following the process of upgrades taking place at the Matador Oceanfront Resort, via the motel's Facebook page. Be sure to check it out and become a fan.
One of several renovations going on at the Matador is a complete makeover for the 4th floor sundeck, which is receiving new surfacing, tables, chairs, and awnings.
