DOWNTOWN WILDWOOD – Who’s ready for a post-Labor Day Fitness Challenge?

WBID is sponsoring a 5-Week Outdoor Fitness Challenge at Byrne Plaza that will be held on Monday and Thursday mornings at 8:15 AM. Beginning on September 10, the challenge will include 10 one-hour boot camp-style classes featuring strength training, cardio, core & more.

Before, midway and final digital body fat, BMI and body weight, as well as limited body measurements, will be offered to track your progress. The full program cost is $99 (less than $10 per class). Spots can be reserved online at www.DOOWW.com.

Fitness class drop-ins are also welcome for $12 per class. This Fall, drop the kids off at school and join the Downtown Wildwood 5-Week Fitness Challenge!

On September 11 at 1 PM, a solemn Remembrance Ceremony will take place at Byrne Plaza. Please join us to remember those who died on September 11, 2001.

Beginning on September 15, the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market will return to Byrne Plaza every Saturday morning, from 9 AM until 12:30 PM, through October 27th.

There are still lots of great farm fresh produce, eggs, plants, honey and flowers available through the Fall, and you’ll be able to find all that and more on Saturdays in Downtown Wildwood. Vendors will also be selling fresh baked goods, wine, prepared meals to go, jewelry, soy candles, soaps, scrubs and lotions and more.

On September 15, the Bittersweet Duo will entertain shoppers from 10 AM until 12:30 PM, and our strolling magician and balloon twister will entertain the kids from 10 AM until noon, compliments of the Wildwood Business Improvement District.

Byrne Plaza is located at 3400 Pacific Avenue in Downtown Wildwood. Free parking for events is available behind the Pacific Avenue shops across from the plaza.
