Earlier, we learned that tonight's scheduled Friday Night Fireworks and Wildwood Crest Summer Music Series shows had been postponed, due to the threat of storms.
We have also received word that the 2018 Cape May County Lifeguard Championships have been rescheduled for this coming Monday, July 9, at 6:30 PM.
The event will take place on the beach at Rambler Road, where beach patrols from around the county will compete in various rowing, running and swimming competitions.
The Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol is this year's host.
