Wildwood, NJ – Starting on June 25th, morning Fitness and evening Movies and Music will take place at Byrne Plaza – 3400 Pacific Avenue in Downtown Wildwood!
In partnership with the Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID), Atilas Gym will host a Bootcamp style training program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM.
This program will be made up of time-based interval circuits. All fitness levels can participate by working the circuits at their own intensity level. Each circuit will mix cardio moves with multi-joint strength exercises so you torch the maximum amount of calories while toning every inch.
The cost per class is $5.
Free Family Movies in the Plaza will be held on Tuesday nights at 8:30 beginning on June 26.
