Progress on Stewart's Root Beer's second level renovations

Work is moving along swiftly at Stewart's Root Beer (Boardwalk & Magnolia Avenue), where renovation of the second level dining area began last week.

The space will feature new seating and covering during cooler or inclement weather. It will remain "open air," and one of the best vantage points to view Friday Night Fireworks shows during the summer months.

Stewart's is expected to be open by mid-May.

Meanwhile, Stewart's sister eatery - Capt'n Jack's Island Grill - is undergoing a big expansion, with the addition of a second floor dinning area and bar with beach/ocean views.
