Wildwood Crest police supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month

WILDWOOD CREST – The Borough of Wildwood Crest Police Department is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month through October.

Members of the department are wearing pink T-shirts under their uniforms and pink lettering with a ribbon stitched into their name tags in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

United Uniforms supplied the name tags and the North Wildwood Shirt Shop supplied the T-shirts. The Lunch With Lynch Foundation, headed by John Lynch, has been instrumental in supporting this cause.

As part of this effort, the Wildwood Crest Police Department is accepting donations to the Love of Linda Cancer Foundation. Checks and money orders made out to the Love of Linda Cancer Fund can be dropped off at Wildwood Crest Police Department headquarters at Cardinal Road and Pacific Avenue.
