Boardwalk Entertainment and CompleteCare Family Health Foundation to partner for KidZone at events

The Foundation will be a beneficiary of the KidZone at 2017 events...

PRESS RELEASE

Boardwalk Entertainment is happy to announce their partnership with the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation, and the addition of the KidZone at all 2017 events.

The company will create and execute an area just for kid’s entertainment where CompleteCare Health Foundation will be the beneficiary. The KidZone attractions will vary per event but will always include a bounce house, face painters, balloon artists, and strolling magicians.

Founded in November 2015, the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation raises funds for CompleteCare Health Network and the many services the organization provides to the community. CompleteCare Health Network provides high-quality, affordable and accessible medical, dental and specialty care services.

In addition, CompleteCare offers many innovative programs including Smile Smart, which provides comprehensive dental exams to low-income children, Baby Love, which pampers moms-to-be helping them achieve better birth outcomes, and Reach Out and Read, which promotes literacy by giving children age 6 months to 5 years a book during their pediatric well visits.

“We are so excited to be partnering with Boardwalk Entertainment to bring KidZone activities to local events,” said Stephanie Shelton, Director of the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation. “This is a great opportunity for us to raise funds for the foundation and help spread the word around Cape May County about all of the things we are doing at CompleteCare Health Network.

"A big part of the work we do benefits kids so it made perfect sense to join forces with someone else who was catering to the children in the local community.”

At most events, the KidZone will require a ticket, which will vary between $5 and $15 per event. Once inside the area, attractions are no cost, including face painting, snacks and prizes at some events. A few events, such as the Wildwood Spring Food Truck Festival on May 20th, will have free entry.

The KidZone directly benefits the CompleteCare Family Health Foundation, with 100% of the ticket going to the organization.

The KidZone will be available at the following events: Wildwood Spring Food Truck Festival May 20, Ventnor Food Truck Festival June 10, Atlantic City Father’s Day Fun Festival June 18, Pro Footvolley Tour Wildwood July 21-23, Wildwood Veterans Weekend Celebration August 25-26, and the Wildwood Fall Food Truck Festival October 21.

“We are very happy to work with CompleteCare for our events. Their company has seen great growth over the past few years and they are dedicated to their success; just like we have grown as a company from year one to year two. Their team is extremely dedicated to the community and hopes to raise funds for the programs that are utilized by many local families,” said Amanda Thomas, owner of Boardwalk Entertainment.

“The KidZone will be a really great addition for kids from ages 3-10 with various activities available for the whole family.”
