Wildwood Food Truck Festival to be featured this weekend

Trucks from around the area will be 

showcased on Saturday October 29th

The much-anticipated Wildwood Food Truck Festival is rolling into town this weekend, with high hopes of a successful event.

Trucks will be attending from all over the area and include Grubaholics, Mad Dog Morgan’s, Traveling Kitchen by Steve and Cookies, Cannoli World, Philly Fry, Jersey Johnny’s, Maddalena’s Cheesecake, Zinna’s Eatz, One Big Party BBQ, and more to be announced throughout the week.

The event will also feature a few vendors around the park, all day live music, and a central beer garden. The Wildwood American Legion will collect donations at entry.

The event is created by Boardwalk Entertainment, and is part of the Fall in Love with Wildwood Campaign. The campaign is geared to bring visitors into town in the off season, and to push the weekends for success for all local businesses and events. Also with the campaign, is the Wildwood City Wide Yardsale, which takes place on November 6th.

“We think the Wildwood Food Truck Festival is unique because of the variety of trucks. We tried to keep trucks with very different menus, so that guests will have an option to try new and different foods,” said owner of Boardwalk Entertainment, Amanda Thomas. “I personally am so very excited to see how the event plays out. We have a great location in Fox Park, the City of Wildwood has been a fantastic help along the way, and we have a great group of truck owners who are just so excited to spend the day down in Wildwood.”

The event takes place Saturday, October 29th at Fox Park in Wildwood, NJ from 11 AM-7 PM. The event is rain or shine. If weather is dangerously inclement, a rain date of November 5th has been added to the schedule.
