Today's the day!
At 11 a.m., Mack's Pizza will open its doors to officially kick of its 63rd season on the Wildwood Boardwalk.
As one of the Wildwoods' most beloved institutions, the annual re-opening of Mack's is always a landmark occasion.
It comes one week ahead of Easter Weekend, which traditionally serves as the unofficial season "opening" of the Boardwalk.
Each year, we like to share Funchase.com's awesome Mack's Pizza Directory, which features lots of photos, video and Ralph Grassi's definitive history of the storied pizzeria.
We would also be remiss in not mentioning how much we're going to miss Rose Tata, known to many as "Mrs. T" - Mack's longtime manager who passed away in November at age 94.
Though her appearances had become sporadic in recent years, we don't think we'll ever be able to enter or walk past the Wildwood Ave. location without reminiscing about her sitting at the end of the long counter, keeping things in order.
Her spirit lives on, and the Mack's tradition continues!
