Before a packed house of family, friends and customers, owner Chris Falcone snipped the ribbon to officially opening his restaurant.

Specializing in breakfast and lunch, The Waves Restaurant offers diners a cornucopia of meal selections.  What makes The Waves Restaurant unique, however, is its hours.  Open from 7 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday, weekend diners can find a meal made to order from midnight to noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
