Downtown Wildwood Farmer’s Market Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Saturday, June 28th

The Grand Opening of the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market will take place on Saturday, June 28 with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 a.m., that will also include the unveiling of the new iconic 2014 DO WW Magnet designs.

In celebration of Opening Day, the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market Committee will be giving away DO WW Magnets and Tote Bags to carry all your Farmers Market purchases.

The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market will take place every Saturday, through Labor Day, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the corner of Pacific and Schellenger Avenues.

Each week, there will be family entertainment and 98.7 The Coast will be broadcasting live from the field of 20 vendor booths that will be offering the freshest farm goods, baked goods, seafood, meats, cheeses, wine, prepared foods and drinks, specialty foods and more.

Vendors include Busy Bees Honey, Crab Cake Hotline, Nummytown Farms, City2Shore Gourmet (vinegar, oils, salts, focaccia, mozeralla), SereniTEA, Gaiss’ Market, Fruitwood Farms, Whirly Pig (pork sandwiches), Balic Winery, Harry & Bean Coffee, S&S Kitchens (baked goods & gluten free items), JM Ferrucci Farm, Rick’s Seafood (Fresh Seafood), Gourmet Creations (dry herbs), Duffinetti’s Restaurant, On a Roll Street Food Truck (breakfast & lunch sandwiches) and Windy Acres (plants, herbs, flats, hanging baskets & combo pots) and more.

Walk, ride your bike or drive your car. There will be something for everyone and plenty of parking available in the municipal parking lot between Schellenger and Oak Avenues, directly behind the Downtown Wildwoods Farmers Market.

The Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID) and the City of Wildwood are sponsoring the Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market with the support from the Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement & Development Authority (GWTIDA).

The Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority (GWTIDA) was formed in 1993 to consolidate the tourism economy of its three founding municipalities: Wildwood, Wildwood Crest and North Wildwood.
