Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. We were very fortunate and sustained no major damage. Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to everyone on the Eastern Seaboard who is recovering from Sandy.

***************

Zippy's Bikes - 10/31, 9:52 p.m.
Zippy's survived Hurricane Sandy!!!! We will be open 6-7 days a week Til X-Mas!! We will have delivery of new children's beach cruisers any day now! Zippy's suffered 6 inches of flooding in our showroom and 16 inches of water in our warehouse. Damage was kept to a minimum thanks to our awesome staff!!

Owen's Pub - 10/31, 4:09 p.m.
Just to give everyone a heads up. Owens will not be opening this weekend. The service we got to clean up the damage is incredible and very complete. We are hoping to be ready for cheesesteak Monday (keep your fingers crossed). We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Marie Nicole's Restaurant - 10/31, 3:28 p.m.
Happy to announce no damage at Marie Nicole's in Wildwood Crest! We hope to re-open Friday, but will let you know for sure!

Rapunzel's, Home of Cathie's Critters & Fresh Eire - 10/31, 2:18 p.m.
Rapunzel's is fine. A bit of wet seeped under the door, but the duct tape inside/outside really helped. I plan to open the doors and air it out later. Wildwood has some cleaning up to do, but all things considered, we are fine.

Please keep those communities and people that are in worse shape in your prayers.

Wild Ocean Surf Shop - 10/31, 1:05 p.m.
Open for business!! Feeling very lucky to be able type this status.

Larkin's Restaurant - 10/31, 9:22 a.m.
Good morning we survived the storm!!!! No damage :) See everyone this weekend. Hope everyone did well with Sandy.

Cattle 'n Clover - 10/30, 4 p.m.
We want to thank everyone for tuning in and hopefully staying safe. Our updates and videos made came from a good place and hopefully, kept you up to date and brought a smile to your face in a time of worrying. All The Best- The CnC Clan

Shore Plaza Beach Resort - 10/30, 10:45 a.m.
We are happy that the Shore Plaza was spared any damages from the storm. The most important thing is that nobody in our little town was injured during this hurricane.

  5. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the business owners and residents of not only Wildwood but all the places effected by Sandy. Does anyone know how the 2 Mile Crab House that just re-opened fared?
