Morey's Piers Executive Chef Wally Jurusz took home the award for Best Entree in the Professional Division at the 10th Annual Men R' Cookin' event on Thursday night.The charity dinner benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City each year.
Jurusz bested a field of over 75 cooks and chefs from various backgrounds and skill levels.
The winning dish is one of his many specialties - Grilled Cape May Scallops with Cuban Spices & Chimichurri - which he is sharing on Morey's Beachfront Blog.
