WILDWOOD - The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce deeply regrets to announce the cancellation of the Wildwoods '50s, '60s & '70s Street Fair & Classic Car Show due to adverse weather conditions. Mother Nature has not been in favor of this outdoor event, and with the utmost concern for the safety and enjoyment of our attendees, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this portion of the weekend's festivities.
This cancellation is a result of our unwavering commitment to providing the best possible experience for everyone attending the event. Despite our best efforts and preparations, the unpredictable weather has posed insurmountable challenges for the Street Fair & Classic Car Show.
We understand the disappointment this may bring to our loyal supporters, exhibitors and participants who were eagerly anticipating this beloved event. Please know that the safety of all involved is our top priority, and we believe that this decision is in the best interest of everyone.
However, we are pleased to announce that the rest of the weekend's events will proceed as scheduled, ensuring an unforgettable weekend in Wildwood.
Friday Night Dance Party with The Cameos: Get ready to dance the night away with the timeless classics of The Cameos.
Saturday Evening Concert hosted by "The Voice of Tribute" Tommy C: Join us for a sensational evening of music, featuring The Miracles with Sydney Justin, The Temptations Review featuring the Legacy of Dennis Edwards, and The 5th Dimension.
Tickets for these incredible events are still available and can be purchased at the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce offices (3306 Pacific Avenue), through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com) or at the Wildwoods Convention Center box office the night of the event.
Again, we understand that this cancellation may be disappointing for many, but we hope you will join us in celebrating the music and entertainment that continues throughout the weekend. We remain committed to offering memorable experiences in the Wildwoods and look forward to seeing you at our Friday Night Dance Party and Saturday Evening Concert.
