WILDWOOD CREST - The Borough of Wildwood Crest is offering a lease opportunity at its new Crest Arts Pavilion, which is scheduled to open this spring.
The Crest Arts Pavilion is located at Wisteria Road and Ocean Avenue, just off the Wildwood Crest Bike Path.
The lease opportunity features a café with a window location facing the bike path and oceanfront and indoor seating.
The winning bidder for the lease opportunity will receive a three-year lease with options to renew for fourth and fifth years.
The Borough of Wildwood Crest will hold a sealed bid opening for this lease opportunity on Wednesday, March 1, at 10:30 am at Borough Hall.
