5 Mile Ice Cream has taken over the former Lizzy's Ice Cream location at 405 E. 10th Avenue in North Wildwood, and is now open for Memorial Day Weekend (see hours below).
Brothers Tyler, Jacob and Nick operated this store (as "Lizzy's") from 2014 through 2017. When the opportunity to begin their own venture arose, they decided to create an entirely new entity.
According to the brothers, 5 Mile Ice Cream is a "family owned and family friendly ice cream store at the Jersey Shore, offering the lowest prices for the biggest scoops on the 5 Mile Island."
The store offers over 40 flavors of hard dipped ice cream, soft serve and water ice, along with a large selection of toppings and specialty sundaes.

Saturday, May 25: 6 pm to 12 am
Sunday, May 26: 6 pm to 12 am
