North Wildwood

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom Condo ~ Sleeps 10 ~ 1.5 Blocks to the Beach

Overview:

Spacious 3 bedroom condo in North Wildwood, with 2 baths and 1.5 blocks from the beach. The unit is 1600sq feet and has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Keurig Machine for your morning coffee. Laundry room in the unit for complete use of the washer and dryer. Off street parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and one in the drive. There is plenty of street parking if needed. Walking distance to the boardwalk, mini grocer, Owens Pub and various restaurants. On rainy days you can choose to go to the indoor water park located at the end of the street. The unit is refurnished with new living room furniture, new mattresses and bedroom furniture. 7 minimum night stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Renters must be over 25yrs of age.

The kitchen is spacious with a bi-level center island that has seating for 4 and is fully equipped with a Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, toaster, and many more amenities. The dining room has seating for 6 with access to the large balcony.
