North Wildwood maintains distinction of having lowest average property taxes of any beach community in the state

PRESS RELEASE

The State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs published their annual Property Tax Tables recently and the results show North Wildwood continuing to have the lowest average property taxes of any shore community in the state.

In addition to having the lowest average property taxes of any beach community, North Wildwood is also ranked 20th overall out of 566 municipalities in the State of New Jersey for lowest average property taxes.

"This is something City Council and I are very proud of. To put it simply, if you want to own property in a beach town in New Jersey, North Wildwood offers the most efficient full-service municipal government in the state," said Mayor Patrick Rosenello.

"And, we are able to maintain this distinction all while we continue to make improvements to public buildings, parks, roads, our beaches and infrastructure."
