Join us for the 3rd Annual Kona Board Swap on Sunday, July 1st, at 11 pm to 4 pm!
We have been hosting this event for the past two years and it has been a growing success. This year, we are excited to introduce some big improvements that we have made to the Kona Board House, which now includes a brand new board shaping machine dubbed, the APS-3000 (Gen.5 Machine), and a fully customized shaping room.
This will be on full display for tour at this years Board Swap. We will also be featuring a live screen printing experience. Attendees will interact with our screen printing process on site to create their own unique board swap shirt.
We encourage everyone to bring used surfboards, SUPs, paddles, gear or anything relating to surfing that you want to swap with others. We don't take any money or store credit for your boards. Instead our focus is to continue to build a surf community in our own back yard.
We will feature live music by StellarMojo and delicious food by Mud Hen Brewing Company and Poppi's Brick Oven Pizza. Pro Surfer Rob Kelly (Instagram: @rkellysurf) from Billabong will again be in attendance for the event as well as other vendors like Unsinkable Polarized, Surfrider Foundation and others from our surf community.
