Shuttered North Wildwood McDonald's sold

The seasonal McDonald's restaurant at 130 W. Spruce Avenue on the North Wildwood entrance boulevard closed for good after the 2016 season.

Since then, there has been much speculation as to what the future would hold for this prominent location.

This past week, the McDonald's Corporation completed the sale of the lot to Philadelphia-based White Sand II LLC for $1.25 million.
