Wildwood Crest Seafarers Celebration Features Beachfront Fireworks, Craft & Food Vendors, Live Music, Children's Activities & Free Family Entertainment - Friday, September 19th & Saturday, September 20th

The Wildwoods, NJ – The Borough of Wildwood Crest hosts its annual Seafarers Celebration Friday, September 19 and Saturday, September 20 – a yearly end-of-summer festival set to take place at both Sunset Lake and Centennial Park in Wildwood Crest.

The Wildwood Crest Seafarers Celebration kicks off Friday, September 19 with live music at 7 p.m. at Centennial Park, located at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue, featuring Big House, one of the more popular dance/pop/party bands in the Delaware Valley.

A spectacular beachfront fireworks display will follow the show at 9 p.m. The rain date for the fireworks display is Saturday, September 20 at 9 p.m. in the same location. Bring a blanket or chair to enjoy this great free event for the entire family!

The celebration continues Saturday, September 20 with a street festival along Sunset Lake on New Jersey Avenue between Rambler Road and Miami Avenue.

This is one of the signature annual events of Wildwood Crest, a day-long street festival from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., featuring dozens of craft and food vendors, family entertainment, live music, children's activities including karaoke, pony rides, face painting, magic show, moon bounces, pie-eating & bubble gum blowing contests, and much more. 

FREE live music includes dance/party music with Generation Next; classic rock by local band North Bound Train; dance, oldies, Motown, disco and pop hits with the Star Band; and pop and oldies hits with DJ Michael James.
