The Wildwoods Host the Return of the Spring Boardwalk Classic Car Show, May 8 - 11

Wildwood Motor Events, LLC and the Greater Wildwood Hotel Motel Association will host the Spring Boardwalk Classic Car Show in the Wildwoods beginning Thursday, May 8 through Sunday, May 11. The day is set to include a variety of fun activities from start to finish that are sure to entertain the car lover in everyone.

For registered participants the Car Show begins on Thursday, May 8 from noon to 10 p.m. Registration packets can be picked up at the Imperial 500 Motel, 6601 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood Crest, NJ. After all registration information is picked up, participants can head to Fox Park across from the Wildwoods Convention Center for a cruise night from 6 - 9 p.m. Free hot dogs and sodas will be provided for a relaxed evening with fellow car enthusiasts.

A kick-off party will be held on Friday, May 9 at the Wildwoods Convention Center, where car show participants can step back in time for a fun 94.3 WIBG dance party in the Starlight Ballroom. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner will be available at 7 p.m.

Spectators will have the opportunity to view and admire an incredible collection of classic and vintage cars and trucks on the world-famous Wildwoods Boardwalk – rated one of the “Top 10 Boardwalks in America” – from 8:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10. At 3 p.m. each day, don’t miss the parade of beautiful cars and trucks as they cruise down the Boardwalk.

On Saturday evening at 5 p.m., a “Winner’s Circle” event will convene in front of the Wildwoods Convention Center featuring the “Boardwalk Top 40” winners. Following the vote for “Best in Show,” all car show participants are invited to the block party beginning at 7 p.m.

An awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 11 at 9 a.m. inside the Wildwoods Convention Center, where trophies and prizes will be presented to all of the weekend’s winners.
