Experience Olde World Italy in the Wildwoods During the 9th Annual Olde Time Italia Festival, Sept. 27 & 28

A heaping helping of Olde World Italy will be served with amore and plenty of white, red and green during the 9th Annual Olde Time Italian Festival, taking place on Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28.

Hosted by the Sons of Italy of Wildwood, this event will take place in Fox Park, located on Ocean Avenue between Burk and Montgomery Avenues across from the Wildwoods Convention Center.

The FREE two-day festival celebrates Italian culture with Italian crafts, authentic Italian cuisine, rides and games for the little ones, contests and continuous FREE live entertainment.

Take in the mouth-watering smells and tastes of an Olde World Italian Market plus Italian made goods, crafts and merchandise as vendors of all kinds fill Fox Park, including those selling Italian food favorites including pastas, sausages, chicken cutlets, clams & spaghetti, tiramisu, cannolis and more.

The Olde Time Italian Festival kicks off on Friday, September 27 at 5 p.m. with the Procession of Saints Mass followed by spectacular live entertainment from 6 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Friday’s entertainment line-up is as follows:

6-7 p.m. – Giovanni

7-8 p.m. – Rocket 88

8-9 p.m. – 45 RPM

10-11 p.m. – Tom Pisi & the Wildness


Saturday’s festivities will include live performances from noon - 3 p.m., a grape stomping contest and a spaghetti eating contest from 3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., followed by more live entertainment until 10:30 p.m.

Saturday’s entertainment line-up is as follows:

Noon-1 p.m. – John Walters Band

1-3 p.m. – Wayne & Jamie & Aquanets

4:30-6:30 p.m. – Just in Time


6:30-8 p.m. – Sonny Averone & Johnny Bones

8-9 p.m. – Tre Bella

9-10:30 p.m. – Skyliners

The Tourism Authority operates the Wildwoods Convention Center and acts as the island’s destination marketing organization overseeing the development, research, planning, marketing, advertising, promotion, public and media relations encompassing the tourism, meeting and convention industry in the Wildwoods.
