The North Wildwood's 18th Annual Fallen Hero Plunge coming to 15th Street Beach - Saturday, April 5th

THE WILDWOODS - Get freezin' for a reason during the 18th Annual Fallen Hero Plunge in North Wildwood on Saturday, April 5, 2025. This year's event will take place at 11 am on 15th Street Beach in North Wildwood. Take a dip in the water and celebrate a great cause at participating restaurants.

The Fallen Hero Plunge is dedicated to the memory of law enforcement heroes who lost their lives in the line of duty. Proceeds from this event will benefit the families of these fallen heroes.

Registration for the plunge is open on the event's page at www.FallenHeroPlunge.com.

The online registration fee is $35 per plunger. The first 600 people to sign up with receive a commemorative t-shirt. Plungers can register in-person at Keenan's Irish Pub in the evening on Friday, April 4. On-site registration is available the day of the event from 8:45 am to 10:45 am; the fee is $40 for adults and $15 for children under 15 years of age. 

There will be an auction of autographed items, gift certificates and gift baskets. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes at the plunge. (Participants do not have to wear costumes to the after party.)

All registered plungers are invited to the post-plunge party taking place at 12 pm at Keenan's Irish Pub and sponsoring locations, including Anglesea Pub, Tacos and Tequila, Exit 6, North End American Grill, Curran's Irish Inn, The Elks Lodge #1896, Flip Flopz Restaurant and Bar, #1 Tavern Super Tully Nut, The Rook, The Surfing Pig, Firehouse Tavern, Ship 'N Shore and Fairview Social.

Keenan's Irish Pub will be offering their complimentary buffet from 12:30 pm to 4 pm for those with wristbands. Non-plungers will be able to purchase a wristband for $20 to participate in the post-plunge party at Keenan's. All proceeds from the wristbands will go directly to the Fallen Heroes Survival Fund.
