Shore Clean Express has announced they will be offering free oil changes and disinfectant cleaning for the healthcare industry.

MARMORA, NJ — Shore Clean Express in Marmora, NJ has helped dozens of causes over the span of their 24 years in business, and now they will be helping those fighting COVID-19 on the front lines. Owner Charles Baker announced Tuesday that he will offer free conventional oil changes and free disinfectant cleaning with all car washes for all healthcare workers. To claim, healthcare workers just have to show their work ID at the shop before services begin, no appointment is necessary.
When the novel coronavirus started making its way through NJ, Shore Clean was the first and only car wash to offer a disinfectant add-on service. The service cleans and protects the inside of vehicles by use of CDC approved cleaning products killing 99.99% of germs and bacteria. Each service focuses on door handles, radio and climate control buttons and more, even including car seats.
“As a husband of a respiratory therapist, I know this is a crucial time for healthcare workers,” said Baker. “My wife works 13 hour shifts and now more than ever I see the need to give back to these workers and help them out. They’re working overtime and putting a lot of miles on the car with some local workers being transferred to other areas. Keeping these workers safe on the road is my number on goal”
The free oil change offer is valid for one conventional oil change with no appointment necessary. Shore Clean Express is open 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM for oil changes and auto repair, Friday through Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM for the car wash, and by appointment for auto detailing.
Baker opened Shore Clean express in 1996 at 452 Rt 9 S in Marmora. What originally started as an all cloth car wash turned into full service auto repair, express oil changes and more. Baker takes pride in his facility's ability to offer express, high quality service to keep families safe on the road.
