The following is the Wildwood Beach Patrol schedule beginning May 25, 2019:
Lifeguards will be on duty Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-27, and the following weekend, June 1-2, at a limited number of beaches from 10 am to 5:30 pm.
Beginning Saturday, June 15, lifeguards will be on duty daily at a limited number of beaches.
If necessary, areas that bathers will not be permitted to swim in will be designated by red flags with the international "No-Swimming" symbol on them. Also if necessary, bathers will be directed to the guarded beaches.
This will be the standard operating procedure until the beach is fully staffed and all beaches are guarded - tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 22.
