Morey's Piers Dishes Up a Special Serving of Breakfast in the Sky this Summer

2016 Breakfast Buyout Enhancements Include 

New Menu Items, Live Entertainment and More

Breakfast Buyout returns to Morey’s Piers & Beachfront Water Parks, “the best seaside park in the world,” for private dining celebrations a top one of the largest Ferris wheels on the east coast. Available from July 10 through August 22, groups or individuals can take over the entire Giant Wheel and feast on the classic seaside attraction’s famed Breakfast in the Sky experience.

Breakfast in the Sky invites guests to leisurely soar high above the Wildwoods shoreline aboard the attraction’s 156 foot high Giant Wheel while savoring the cool ocean breeze and a hot breakfast served “wheel-side” complete with white linens and fine china.

Hand-crafted by Morey’s Piers Executive Chef Wally Jurusz, this year’s menu includes new items such as huevos rancheros and shrimp, crab and chanterelle crepes, in addition to breakfast favorites like Belgian waffles, spinach and fontina quiche, and steak and eggs.

Perfect for special occasions such as birthdays, engagements, graduations, or anniversaries, Breakfast Buyout features new optional enhancement packages for 2016 including live entertainment and music and Breakfast in the Sky mugs. A mimosa and Bloody Mary beverage package is also available for one hour pre-breakfast service while guests wait to embark on the Giant Wheel.  Enhancement packages must be booked at least six weeks in advance, package pricing varies.

Breakfast Buyout is available for private booking daily between July 10 and August 22, 2016 from 9:00am to 11:00am. Advanced reservations are required and subject to availability. The cost is $3,000 for the two-hour package for a maximum of 48 people.

The package includes exclusive and private use of the Giant Wheel located on Morey’s Mariner’s Pier with wheel-side breakfast service with linens and china for each guest. As with all Breakfast in the Sky dining experiences, each guest is served bottled water, coffee, hot tea or homemade iced tea; choice of hot entry breakfast dish, choice of cranberry, pomegranate or fresh squeezed orange juice, and assorted breakfast bread basket and condiments.

Individual Breakfast in the Sky reservations are available on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from July 23 through August 22. Price is $90 per car with two people; $40 per additional person. Limit of four guests per car; advance reservation required.

The Giant Wheel requires guests to be at least 56” tall or accompanied by an adult. No single riders allowed and an adult must accompany guests under 10 years of age, even if he/she meets the above height requirement.  An adult must accompany persons with developmental disabilities. One adult may accompany no more than two children.

This experience is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. For add-on beverage package, a valid ID is required for all guests consuming alcohol. Alcohol will not be permitted on the ride and all alcoholic beverages will need to remain in the designated area on the pier.
