At precisely 12:57 p.m. on March 20th, the Vernal Equinox will usher in the Spring season, bringing us closer to those warm beach days and fun-filled boardwalk nights we dream of.

We thought that the picture to the right, from Ashley Leva, summed up how many of us feel right about now. Ashley's little one took a moment this past weekend to ponder why the weather won't just warm up so that the rides can open.
We're right there with her, staring through that metaphorical fence... just waiting.
(For the record, Opening Day at Morey's Piers is 74 days away - Saturday, April 12th; set your calendars accordingly!)

Winter, Shminter
Speaking of calendars, some great events are coming up, including the Boardwalk Kennel Club All Breed Dog Show, which kicks off tomorrow and runs through Sunday at the Wildwoods Convention Center.
We'll have coverage and more info this week, as well as previews for the following weekend's SJ Wrestling Wrecker Duals Tournament, and the U.S. Futsal Northeast Regional Championship the weekend after that.
