Zombie Mud Run coming to Morey's Fears, October 12

It's shaping up to be a glorious spring day in the Wildwoods, sunny and mild, with temps in the upper 60's (moving into the 70's tomorrow and Wednesday).

What better time to look ahead to those beautiful beach days and the fast=approaching summer season...

THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!

Morey's Piers announced this morning that the Zombie Mud Run will be coming to the Wildwoods as part of Morey's Fears on Saturday, October 12th.

The "Post-Apocalyptic 5k" features obstacles designed to test strength and endurance, on a course inhabited by the living dead.

But, according to the official event description, this run will be totally unique to the Wildwoods:

"We are creating an awesome course that includes huge sand mounds, slides, 'quicksand' pits, and yes, you will be running in the ocean. Just like all of our courses, there will be a combination of natural and manmade obstacles.

"Now for the scary part - the course will take you under the boardwalk to the deep, dark recesses of the unknown..."

WHOA - that got our blood pumpin'. Adrenaline rush!

Registration for the event is now open HERE.
