Celebrate Autumn in the Wildwoods with Morey’s Piers

Beach Jam and Fall Fest
entertain families this fall

The fun doesn’t stop after Labor Day!

Morey’s Piers welcomes the changing seasons with Fall Fest on Saturdays and Sundays, October 1-2 and 8-9 on Mariner’s Landing Pier. Bring the whole family and enjoy discounted ride wristbands, giveaways, strolling entertainment, face painting and more.

“Autumn is one of the best times to visit Morey’s Piers and the Wildwoods,” said Kristel Jenkins, Events and Entertainment Manager. “There are fewer crowds and the beach and boardwalk are beautiful. It’s an ideal setting for laid back family entertainment.”

Fall Fest will coincide with Morey’s Piers’ 1st Annual Souper Sunday Chili and Chowder Cook Off on Sunday, October 9. The Cook Off will be an opportunity for local restaurants and talented individuals to showcase their talents and compete for the title of best chili and chowder.

From September 23-25, Morey’s Piers will host Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts from all over the East Coast at the 17th Annual Fall Beach Jam event. Aside from camping on the beaches and enjoying Morey’s Piers amusements, Scouts will be treated to something new this year.

“We’re excited to introduce some new features to our Fall Beach Jam activities,” said Jenkins. “We’re gearing up for our Halloween event with some more family friendly activities for our Scouts like hayrides and exclusive ride times for the Ghost Ship.”

Scouts can enjoy an all-new “Creepy Friday” on Friday evening. Morey’s Piers is planning a hot chocolate bar called “Cocoa Café Friday night along with hayrides, a bonfire on the beach and exclusive entry to the Ghost Ship.
