Doo Wop celebrates New Jersey diners

What could be finer... than celebrating the history of our diners?

In honor of Manufactured Diner Month, Preservation New Jersey and the Doo Wop Preservation League will be hosting a special reception on Saturday, July 31st from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Doo Wop Experience (4500 Ocean Avenue, directly across from the Wildwoods Convention Center).

The event will feature the Retro Roadmap Vintage Diners of Southern New Jersey photo exhibit.

Photographer Beth Lennon will be on hand to answer your questions about her photos and website, www.retroroadmap.com, which maps retro culture hotspots throughout the United States.
