Mike Crater has returned from a long Memorial Day Weekend trip to the Wildwoods, which included a stay at three different motels and a trip to the Pink Cadillac Diner.
Located on the southeast corner of Atlantic & Garfield Aves., the Pink Cadillac is an original stainless steel Mountain View diner (Singac, NJ) built in 1955. It was remodeled by Paramount (Oakland, NJ) at some point during the 60s.
The diner has undergone at least two name changes over the years (unless someone answers ahead of time, we'll make this the subject of Friday's trivia challenge). Most recently, it became the Pink Cadillac - highlighted by the addition of an animated roadside neon sign and various interior/exterior refurbishments - in 2004.

Maybe overlooked, but one of my favorites...!
