Interesting story today by Joe Hart of the Cape May County Herald, who reports that Wildwood City Commission introduced an amended ordinance at its March 10 meeting that will ensure that all 21 of the city's taxicabs remain active during the "tourist" season.
Licenses determined to be "inactive" between May 1 and September 30 will from now on be reassigned to the next owner on a newly-created waiting list.
