Gary DeMarzo was named the new Mayor of Wildwood and Al Brannen and Ed Harshaw were sworn in as commissioners at a special meeting at City Hall last night.
Subsequently, the terms of Ernie Troiano and Bill Davenport officially came to an end after the results of last week's recall election were certified by City Clerk Christopher Wood.
Brannen was named Commissioner of Public Safety, while Harshaw will take over the Department of Public Works. Two interim posts were also filled, as Daniel Gallagher will serve as solicitor and Richard Deaney was introduced as a municipal administrator.
The commission also voted to advertise for the positions of municipal engineer and municipal auditor.
