THE WILDWOODS - Youth sailors from numerous clubs will compete in the Mid-Atlantic Yacht Racing Association's South Jersey Summer Series Regatta hosted by the Greater Wildwood Yacht Club on Thursday, August 3 at Wildwood Crest's Sunset Lake.
The event draws approximately 100 youth sailors and their families from all over southern and coastal New Jersey. Sailing races are scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm. The community is invited to come out and watch the competition, which will be visible from the park along Sunset Lake.
The Mid-Atlantic Yacht Racing Association is a nonprofit organization that coordinates and promotes the sport of sailing throughout South Jersey and the surrounding region.
