Wildwood Crest to host Meditation Monday online health series

WILDWOOD CREST - The Borough of Wildwood Crest Mayor's Wellness Campaign and the Wildwood Crest Recreation Department will host Meditation Monday, an online holistic health series, each Monday beginning November 7.

Meditation Mondays will feature videos by contributors to the Wildwood Crest Recreation Department posted to the Wildwood Crest Mayor's Wellness Campaign Facebook page (Facebook.com/wwcwellness). 

These short weekly videos will feature an introduction to meditation using breathing techniques, music, nature and yoga.
