Wild Watermelon Mojito
Ingredients: 1 serving
6 mint leaves, plus additional for garnish
½ cup chopped watermelon, plus additional for garnish
2 ounces white rum (Revolution Liquors recommends Palo Viejo White Rum)
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup or maple syrup
2 ounces soda water
Ice, for serving
*adjust measurements according to how many servings you would like*
Gather all of your ingredients, place your mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or cup and muddle. Add the watermelon and muddle again until it’s broken down into juice with few chunks. Add your rum of choice, lime juice, and simple syrup to your shaker and fill with ice. Shake until cold.
Add fresh ice to a glass, pour in your drink, preferably through a strainer. Then top off with soda water and add your extra mint leaves and watermelon for garish and you’re done! Now you have a delicious and refreshing Wild Watermelon Mojito!
