Grab your lederhosen, tirolerhutes and haferlschuh (we're pretending like we know what these are), OR just brush up on The Legend of Oktober the Oktopus, as Morey's Piers prepares for the first of three weekends of merriment in the grand German tradition!
Oktoberfest festivities will take place on upcoming Saturdays and Sundays - September 24 & 25, October 1 & 2, and October 8 & 9 - at Mariners Pier, Schellenger Avenue & Boardwalk.
The fun will include German-themed menus and an outdoor "biergarten," live entertainment (the Oompah-Delics plus local favorites!), kids activities (Wildwood's first "Rootbier Garten") and much more.
Jumbo's Restaurant will serve up Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst, German potato salad, and schnitzel, while adults will be able to partake in a wide selection of beers on tap.
During Oktoberfest, amusements and attractions at Mariner's Pier will be open from noon to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
