A pair of Grand Opening celebrations will be held on Friday, March 25 to welcome two new businesses to the Wildwoods:
Slice of Heaven Bakery & Pizza and Fresh! on Fifth
Slice of Heaven's ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 11 a.m.
The year round bakery and pizzeria is located at 3800 New Jersey Avenue in Wildwood, and is owned and operated by Karen and Elbie Munyon. It specializes in custom orders such as special occasion cakes, desserts donuts, cookies, pastries, gourmet sticky buns, bagels, rolls, Italian bread and more. Walk in purchases available as well.
In addition to the bakery, Slice of Heaven serves up fresh lunch items including pizza made with homemade dough, pepperoni bread and daily specials.

At noon on March 25, the party will head north to Fresh on Fifth at 100 E. 5th Avenue.
The newest entry to North Wildwood's cuisine scene, Fresh offers a freshly prepared menue of coffees, smoothies, salads, wraps and more during breakfast and lunch hours.
Owners Stephen and Julie Bass and general manager Steve Sumler invite guests to try one of their various made-to-order smoothies to help fuel and recover after a workout, keep calorie counts low or as a meal replacement.
Fresh on Fifth serves healthy breakfast items such as Acai superfruit bowls, nutritious oatmeal, bagels, and coffee and espresso. Made-to-order and grab-and-go lunch items such as paninis, wraps, sandwiches and soups are prepared daily.
In addition to the ribbon-cutting festivities, Stephen, Juli and Steve will be giving away prizes and offering free samples of smoothies, paninis and wraps throughout the weekend of March 25-27.
