Tonight, the Wildwood Police Department will be hosting the 3rd Annual Toys-For-Tots Basketball Game at the Wildwood High School gymnasium (4300 Pacific Avenue) at 7 p.m.
The WPD will battle a team comprised of the students and faculty of WHS in support of the Toys-For-Tots Foundation.
Admission is $3.00 or the donation of an unwrapped toy. All proceeds and gifts will be donated to the Toys-For-Tots Foundation to make this holiday season a little more special for children in the area.
The past two years' events have been a big success, and both sides in this friendly contest are hoping to see a great turnout to continue to grow this annual game as a way to help the less fortunate in the community.
If you can't make the game and still want to help, you can drop off a donation of an unwrapped toy at Wildwood Police Department Headquarters (4400 New Jersey Avenue) now through December 11.
