YouTube Tuesday: Golden Nugget Ceremony

Over the next few days and weeks, we'll likely begin to see a good number of amateur videos chronicling the Golden Nugget ceremony showing up on YouTube, and elsewhere online. It's nice to live in an age of technology, isn't it? For those of us who were fortunate to have been there, it was an experience I'm sure we'll all never forget. Still, there was so much going on, it was almost impossible to catch it all.

To our friends who were unable to make it down to Wildwood on Saturday, I hope that this small sampling of footage will suffice for now. These are the very first Nugget ceremony videos to be uploaded to YouTube; I'm sure there will be many, many more to follow.

The first video was uploaded by YouTube member CoasterheadMatt, and features eight minutes worth of the speakers' portion of the ceremony. The second is a personal account, filmed by killerferby101.

Every Tuesday we'll take a special look at one (or more) of the various Wildwood-related videos available on YouTube. If you have an idea for a selection or a video of your own you'd like to share, please be sure to sent it along to wildwood365@gmail.com.
