Ahead of its season opening this weekend, Adam’s Restaurant (1700 Boardwalk at Montego Bay Resort) has shared a sneak peak at its newly-renovated dining room.
Upgrades were made this winter under the direction of Carrie Locklyn, a nationally renowned designer who is presently featured on HGTV’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Travel Channel’s Hotel Impossible.
Locklyn, a Cape May County native, was also the lead designer for a major renovation of the Montego Bay Resort in 2021.
Adam’s Restaurant will be open for breakfast this weekend, Saturday, March 12 and Sunday, March 13, from 8 am - 11 am, and invites guests to stop in and check out the establishment’s new look.
The accompanying Red Parrot Lounge is now open Saturday evenings, with operating days and hours for both to be extended as the summer season approaches.
