The Wildwood Beer Festival, originally scheduled for Saturday, June 13, is now officially off. Organizers announced today that full refunds for pre-purchased tickets will be sent out shortly.
This would have been the 6th annual version of the beer-tasting event and celebration of local craft brews, which has been held at Fox Park since 2015.
A statement posted on the festival’s official Facebook page reads, in part:
Safety for our family and yours is of our utmost concern. During these uncertain times, we want to send everyone and their families our best wishes. Please stay safe.
With understanding of these complicated times, ALL TICKETS that have been purchased will be refunded within the next 5-7 business days.
We will be back in 2021, better than ever! We look forward to seeing everyone in the brighter days ahead.
