Morey's Piers announced this evening that it is postponing its 2020 season opening to Mother's Day Weekend (May 9-10) due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
The seaside amusement parks had previously set Easter Weekend (April 11-12) as the opening for its 51st season at Mariner's Landing.
"We've been closely monitoring the developments of the COVID-19 situation and are considering all necessary actions needed to mitigate adverse impacts on our staff and guests," read a statement posted on Facebook.
"We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean and safe service and are striving to make the best decisions with the best information available to us."
