SIP roof panels installed as Seaport Pier continues to take shape

Construction continues to speed along at Seaport Pier, where every new day seems to bring a noteworthy development.

Today, SIP (structural insulated panels) roofing was installed by South Dakota-based Enercept Inc, a recognized industry leader.

With the roofs of the main structure and adjoining eastern side nearing completion, the pier's complex is taking shape.

The year-round, multi-purpose venue, located at 22nd & Boardwalk in North Wildwood, is scheduled to open for Memorial Day Weekend.
