As a child of the 80's, Pee-wee Herman will always hold a special place in my heart. So, when I saw the image posted above on his official blog today, I just had to share.
To celebrate the countdown to his new movie, "Pee-wee's Big Holiday" (now streaming on Netflix), the bowtied man-child posted several photos of himself photoshopped into various vintage postcards.
The image above, featuring Pee-wee in a 1950's-era Laura's Fudge postcard (while... proudly displaying his grocery purchases in the middle of Ocean Avenue?) was the very last one posted.
Whether you're a fan or not, the blog is well worth checking out. There are some other very familiar sights, including a few nearby landmarks you may recognize.
But... Pee-wee and Laura's Fudge? Pee-wee in Wildwood?
Just imagine the possibilities...
